The Barranca Builders Design Experience
We use an all inclusive, collaborative design experience to make creating your home enjoyable. We dedicate our complete attention and resources to helping you explore design options and make the best choices for your home. The streamlined design experience yields a more cohesive design, demands less of your time, and delivers extraordinary value. Our process saves you up to $100,000 in design fees often charged by architects. Of course, if you prefer a different pace or approach we’re happy to oblige.
Floor Plans
Start your Design Experience by selecting one of our gracious floor plans – each with its own feel and flow. Then we’ll collaborate to customize the floor plan for you.

Materials & Finishes
We’ll assemble a team of Santa Fe’s most experienced designers to help you express your home’s style through premium materials and finishes including interior and exterior finishes, fixtures, and more.
Design Folio
You’ll make hundreds of decisions during your Design Experience. We’ll catalog them all into a personalized design folio, a convenient resource you can refer to during the construction process.
Construction
Once your Design Experience is complete and we have your final approval, we’ll be ready to build your home. We set a measured pace for construction so that we don’t sacrifice quality or artistry.
